Seasonal lease

All displays are provided as a seasonal lease. Lighting, clips, timers and related materials remain the property of Ross Custom Christmas Lights at all times and are removed at the end of the season.

Quotes and scheduling

Quotes are based on an on-site consultation and are valid for the current season. Installation dates are scheduled in the order deposits are received and may shift due to weather or safety conditions.

Maintenance

Maintenance of leased lighting is included. Damage caused by third parties, pets, construction or intentional misuse may be billed separately.

Takedown and storage

Removal is scheduled in January, weather permitting. Your display is then labeled and stored by us until the following season.

Property access

You agree to provide safe access to rooflines, outlets and landscaping on install, service and removal dates.
